About the Haydens

After Tony & I got married, we started this blog to share about some of the things in our life. At the time, we thought we would be headed overseas. Instead, we settled in Indianapolis, had children, and battled cancer. Ultimately, Tony lost his battle with metastatic sarcoma in March. As a family, we have experienced many highs and lows in our life over the past few years, and don’t know what’s ahead for us. Only God knows what’s down the path and around the corner. In the meantime, we take things in stride, one step at a time.

  1. Hi!

I was googling “what to do on a 10 hour layover in London” and your blog popped up! I am going to Uganda July 4-14 on a mission trip (and we are in process adopting from there as well). Glad I found you 🙂

  2. Hello– Love your photo of the Harding Icefield. A beautiful hike. Would it be possible to use it on my site, Switchback Travel (www.switchbacktravel.com), with a proper credit to you. Cheers! David
